Woof Wear Hi Viz Vest – Junior Pink, Size M/L

This is the pink version of Woof Wear's hi viz riding vest, in Junior Medium/Large. Fluorescent pink does the work in daylight and reflective panels take over as the light goes, and the cut is deliberately generous so it goes over a body protector or a winter coat without pulling across the shoulders. Adjustable side straps and an elastic gusset take up the slack once it is on.

One thing to be clear about before buying: Woof Wear do not certify the pink colourway to EN17353:2020. The yellow and orange versions of the same vest are certified. If a riding club, a school or an employer requires certified hi viz, this is not the one to order.

How to Use

• Put the vest on over everything else you are riding in, then take up the side straps so it sits close but not tight.
• Zip the centre front fully before setting off, so the reflective panels lie flat.
• Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle spin with non-biological detergent.
• Dry flat and away from heat; check the reflective panels for lifting after washing.

Care & Caution

• This vest is not certified to EN17353:2020. Do not use it where a certified garment is required by a club, a centre or an employer.
• Reflective panels only work when a vehicle's lights fall on them. In darkness wear lights as well; hi viz is not a substitute for them.
• Do not tumble dry and do not leave the vest in strong sunlight — both degrade the fluorescent dye and the reflective film.
• Replace the vest once the fluorescent colour has faded or the reflective panels have started to crack, as both lose effectiveness before they look obviously worn out.
