Returns & Refunds
- Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds: We refund the cost of the product only (not postage), unless the item was incorrect, faulty, or damaged. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with photographic evidence. We will provide a free returns label. Without evidence, we may not be able to rectify the problem.
- Customer Responsibility: If returning for reasons other than fault or damage, return postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Disputes & Claims
We always strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, in the rare case of a non-delivery, the following process applies:
- Contact Within 7 Working Days: If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 working days from the last tracking update. This allows us to raise a claim with the courier. Contacting us after this timeframe may limit our ability to pursue the claim if valid proof of delivery exists.
- Raising a Claim: Once notified within the required timeframe, we will raise a claim directly with the courier on your behalf.
- Timeline: Courier investigations can take up to 30 days to complete. Once the courier provides a final decision, we will compensate you accordingly.
- How to Start a Claim: Please email us to request a claim form. The form must be completed and returned within 7 working days, otherwise we will be unable to proceed with the claim.
