Shipping Information

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery within 48 hours.

• YODEL Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
• Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days

Delivery Charges

Delivery is calculated by item weight. Small items ship from just £2.99 (extra small items from just £0.50 each). Add extra large items for just £2.95 each — your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Thursday, or before 11am on Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

Safe Place or Neighbour Delivery

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
