Booking Cut-Off Times
All orders must be submitted by 13:00 for same-day dispatch on both Economy and Next Day services. After 13:00, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available date. |
Tail Lift Deliveries
Maximum weight for tail lift delivery is 1,000kg. Pallets requiring a 7.5-tonne vehicle are limited to 750kg. Maximum dimensions for tail lift: 1.5m(l) × 1.2m(w). |

Hazardous Goods
Hazardous products cannot be carried unless clearly identified as Limited Quantity and accompanied by a valid DGN (Dangerous Goods Note). A £20 surcharge applies. |
