Ordering & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. For
next-day delivery, place your order before 1 PM (subject to availability).
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
Do you offer pallet deliveries?
We do for certain postcodes, please get in touch for pricing help@animall.co.uk
What Are The Truck Delivery Cut-off Times
Animall Crown Corner – Monday before 2pm
Animall Hertford – Wednesday before 2pm
Animall Littlebury – Friday before 2pm
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the
items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please email us help@animall.co.uk
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll sort it out ASAP, email us at help@animall.co.uk

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and most major debit/credit cards – sorry no American
Express.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways to ensure your details are safe.
