When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.

Best price available easy ordering quick delivery very impressed. I will definitely use again. A little bit irritated by the unsolicited emails and WhatsApp messages. These need to be a bit a little bit less “you need to unsubscribe” & more “you need to subscribe”. But that’s a small point. I always shop around these days as it seems not a lot people reward loyalty as much as they do first time buyers . So as long as your prices remain as keen as they are now I’ll be back when needed.
