Scruffs Coastal Rain Drops Food Bowl – Blue, 19cm
A heavy stoneware bowl in the Coastal range, finished with a rain drop pattern in blue. At 19cm it is the largest of the range, sized for medium and larger dogs rather than cats.
Stoneware is the right material for a dog bowl for one unglamorous reason: weight. A ceramic bowl stays where you put it, so a dog eating quickly isn't pushing it round the kitchen floor. It also keeps food and water cooler than plastic, and won't scratch and harbour bacteria the way a worn plastic bowl does.
