Johnson's build this one around two things and say so plainly: oatmeal extract and vitamin B. Oatmeal is the long-standing answer to a coat that is being scratched rather than one that is dirty, and the shampoo is aimed squarely at itchy skin rather than at deep cleaning.
It is made in the UK and vegan friendly. The 200ml bottle is the smallest of three — Johnson's also produce it in 400ml and a 5 litre container for kennels and grooming rooms — so this is the size for a single dog at home rather than for volume work.
