If your order is placed before 11am on Friday, your order will dispatched on Monday for delivery within 48 hours.
Our online prices and in store prices can vary. Please give your nearest store a call for a price check. Stores are open 9am-5pm Mon-Sun except Littlebury which is CLOSED on Sundays.
Hotmax Heat Logs are made from 100% natural recycled wood dust, compressed into dense briquettes that burn hotter and cleaner than traditional logs. At Hotmax, sustainability sits at the heart of every briquette produced.
With low moisture content and a consistent density, these briquettes give a longer, more efficient burn with minimal smoke, making them an excellent choice for stoves, burners and outdoor fire pits alike.
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
