Gelert Country Choice Wet Dog Food Variety Pack – 6 x 1200g Cans (Beef, Chicken & Lamb)

Gelert Country Choice Working Dog Variety Tins – 6 x 1200g

Six 1200g cans of Gelert Country Choice chunks in jelly, made at the company’s own wet food plant in Llangadog. The 1200g can is the catering size of the same recipe Gelert sell in 400g tins, which matters if you feed two or three large dogs and would otherwise be opening half a dozen small tins a day.

Gelert build the pack from four recipes rather than three, each declaring its named meat at 4% alongside meat and animal derivatives, vegetable derivatives and minerals. The analysis is identical across all four at 10% protein and 6% fat, so rotating the flavour changes what the dog tastes without changing the diet underneath it.

Performance & Benefits

• 1200g cans, six to a case — 7.2kg of complete wet food.
• Chunks in jelly across four recipes: chicken, beef, lamb and turkey.
• Complete and balanced, so nothing needs adding to it.
• 10% protein and 6% crude fat, with 0.4% crude fibre and 3% crude ash.
• No added artificial colours or flavours.
• Made in Wales at Gelert’s own wet food plant.

Suitable For

• Adult working and sporting dogs.
• Households feeding two or more large dogs, where a 400g tin does not go far.
• Dogs that do better on wet food than dry, or that take wet as a topper over kibble.
• Owners who want flavour variety without changing brand.
• Too much food to open for one small dog — the Gelert Country Choice Working Dog Variety Tins in 12 x 400g suit a single-dog household better.

Feeding

• Feed as a complete food, adjusted to bodyweight, condition and how hard the dog is working.
• Serve at room temperature rather than straight from the fridge.
• Cover and refrigerate any part-used can and use it within 24 hours.
• Gelert publish no feeding-rate table for this pack on their website, so follow the guide printed on the can.
• Change over from a previous food across five to seven days rather than all at once.
