Delivery Options
- YODEL Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery (DHL): 2-3 working days
- Christmas Delivery : Last shipping day will be 22nd Dec 2025.
Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
