Beco Steady Dog Bowl - Recycled Plastic, Non-Slip Rubber Base, Blue - Small

Beco Steady Dog Bowl – Blue, Small
A wide, shallow bowl moulded from 96% post-consumer recycled plastic, sat on a rubber base so it stays where you put it. The small size measures 17cm across and 5.7cm tall, with a bowl depth of 4.5cm — shallow by design, so a dog is not pushing its whole face into a well.
The two things that make a plastic bowl annoying are skidding across a tiled floor and being awkward to lift when full. Beco have dealt with both: the rubber ring on the underside grips, and there is a lip moulded into the rim to pick it up by. Inside it is smooth, so food does not lodge in a texture.
Performance & Benefits
- 96% post-consumer recycled plastic, so the material has had a previous life
- Rubber base ring stops the bowl travelling across a hard floor
- Wide, low profile resists being tipped over
- Moulded lip on the rim for lifting it full
- Smooth inner face wipes clean without food catching
Suitable For
- Small breeds and puppies — 17cm across with a 4.5cm bowl depth
- Flat-faced dogs, where a shallow bowl is easier to eat from
- Tiled and laminate floors where a light bowl slides
- Water as well as food; it is sold for both
- Too small for a large or giant breed — Beco make the Steady Bowl in a 21cm large size for those
How to Use
- Sit it on a flat, dry floor and press down so the rubber ring seats
- Fill for a single meal rather than leaving food standing
- Wash by hand or in the dishwasher; both are fine
- Do not put it in a microwave
- Replace it once the inner surface is scratched or worn
