Leather is a natural, porous material. If the collar becomes wet, some colour transfer from the natural dye may occur. Avoid saturating the leather with water. If the collar becomes wet, allow it to air dry naturally and do not use heat to speed up the drying process. To maintain condition, treat with a leather conditioner annually.

Delivery Options

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
