Likit Treat Bar – Mint, 90g

Mint is the Treat Bar to carry if your horse is the sort that gets sharp about food. It is milder in scent than the fruit bars, so it is less likely to turn a quiet reward into a demand, and at 90g in a re-sealable wrapper it survives being carried around a yard all day.

Like the rest of the range it is made from the same glucose formulation as a Likit lick rather than baked as a biscuit, which is why Likit suggest it before schooling — it draws saliva and softens a dry mouth. It snaps into pieces and is fed by hand; it does not go into any Likit toy.

Feeding

• Snap into small pieces and feed from a flat, open palm.
• A hand treat only — it does not fit the Likit Holder, Tongue Twister, Boredom Breaker or Boredom Buster. Those need a 650g Likit refill or a 250g Little Likit.
• Re-seal the wrapper after use.
• Likit publish no daily amount for the Treat Bar; keep it in proportion to the horse's total sugar intake.
• Clean, fresh water available at all times.
