Likit Treat Bar – Apple, 90g

The Treat Bar is the pocket version of a Likit. It is the same glucose formulation moulded into a 90g bar shaped like a chocolate bar, in a re-sealable wrapper, and it snaps easily into pieces — which is the point, because it gives you a dozen small rewards from one bar rather than one large one. Apple is the safest flavour to start with.

Likit make a specific point about it: because it is a lick formulation rather than a dry biscuit, it encourages salivation, so it has a use before schooling to soften a dry mouth. It is a hand-fed treat and does not fit any of the Likit toys.

Feeding

• Snap the bar into small pieces and feed from a flat, open palm.
