Three suet cakes in a sleeve, supplied as mealworm and berry — between them the two recipes that cover insect-eaters and fruit-eaters. Three is enough to see which one your garden empties first without committing to a box of ten.
Each cake drops into a standard square suet cake feeder or sits on a bird table as it is. A block is worked at slowly rather than cleared in one sitting, so three cakes will usually see a single feeder through several weeks of autumn feeding.

Feeding
