Gorilla Tub Medium 26L – Sky Blue

The Medium tapers from a 38.5cm rim to a 28cm base over 30cm of height, and that taper is what lets a set of them nest almost completely inside one another. A yard running six or eight tubs can store them in barely more space than two, which is not a small consideration in a feed room.

Sky blue is the pale blue in the range and the colour most often kept for water and clean jobs where a yard uses colour to separate tasks. It is also the easiest of the blues to tell apart from the dark blue at a distance, which is the whole point of using two.

How to Use

• Lift a full one with both hands on the handles — 26 litres of water is about 26kg.
• Use the chamfered edge as a lip: hold the tub on its side and sweep or scoop straight into it.
• Rinse between feed and dirty work; food-grade or not, mortar and hard feed do not belong in the same tub on the same day.
• Wash out with warm water and a mild detergent, then upend it to drain.
• Store it upturned outside, or nest it inside a larger tub.
