Trainers are hard, bitesize cubes of air-dried fish in a 65g bag, and the numbers are the reason to buy them: Anco's analysis gives 66% protein against 1.4% fat. There is very little else on the shelf that combines that much protein with that little fat in a piece small enough to hand over twenty times.
