Rabbit is the lightest of the proteins Anco use in the Fusions range, and here it is carried in a beef roll at 4% inclusion. The declared analysis is 56% protein, 13% fat, 25% ash and 5% moisture — the lowest protein of the three infused rolls we stock, and the same fat as the rest.
