A complete food for adult working dogs at moderate activity levels — gundogs, agility and flyball dogs, picking-up dogs and active pets. At 25% protein and 11% fat it is pitched for daily working demand rather than hard racing work.

The reason to choose duck over the chicken or turkey recipes is what it leaves out. This is formulated without wheat, maize or barley, and without soya, beef or fish protein — which makes it genuinely useful for a dog that has reacted to those.

Composition & Ingredients

Brown rice (39.8%), duck meat meal (26%), naked oats, peas, whole linseed, beet pulp, vegetable oil, vitamins and minerals, herb blend (750 mg/kg), MOS (500 mg/kg), FOS (500 mg/kg), glucosamine (350 mg/kg), chondroitin sulphate (150 mg/kg), seaweed (150 mg/kg), yucca (100 mg/kg).

Analytical constituents: crude protein 25%, crude fat 11%, crude fibre 3%, crude ash 5.5%.

Nutritional additives per kg: vitamin A 13,000 IU, vitamin D3 2,000 IU, vitamin E 310mg, taurine 100mg.

Feeding & Storage

• Feed straight from the bag, or moisten a few minutes before serving with a little tepid water.
• Feed according to weight, age and activity level — requirements rise in the working season.
• Introduce gradually over a week when changing from another food.
• Always provide fresh drinking water.
