Care & Caution
Introduce gradually when changing diets. Adjust feeding quantities according to your cat’s weight, activity level and body condition, and ensure fresh drinking water is always available.
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
Delivery came in two lots, bit concerned after the first one that I didn’t have all that I ordered but you told me the second delivery was coming and it did, so all good!
