Care & Caution
Clean the fountain, pump and filter regularly in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Keep the water level topped up before use, use indoors only, and position away from electrical hazards. Replace filters as recommended by the manufacturer

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.
