How to Use

• Bait the trigger with STV163 attractant, or with something sticky that has to be worked at, such as peanut butter. Cheese gets carried off whole.
• Set traps at right angles to a wall, trigger end nearest it, where droppings or runs show activity.
• Use several traps a metre or two apart rather than one on its own.
• If mice are wary, leave the traps baited but unset for a day or two, then set them.
• Wear gloves when handling — human scent on a trap makes mice avoid it — and check daily.

• A set snap trap will break a finger and will injure a paw. Keep set traps away from children and pets, and site them where a dog or cat cannot reach.
