Spike the Hedgehog Coir Doormat – 75 x 45cm
Spike is one of Smart Garden's full-size Decoir mats, 75cm long by 45cm deep with a single large hedgehog printed across the coir. Being a full mat rather than a frame insert, it goes straight down at the door with no surround needed — the PVC backing does the gripping.
The coir itself is the functional part. Coconut fibre is coarse and springy, so it takes wet mud off a boot tread rather than pushing it around, and it dries out between uses instead of staying damp underfoot.

How to Use
- Unroll and lie it flat for a day before use so it loses the curl from packing.
- Put it on a dry, level floor with the PVC backing down.
- Let mud dry, then shake or brush it out over a border. Do not hose it.
- Site it under a porch or canopy if you can; coir standing in rain goes soft and sheds fibre.
- Swap it end for end now and then to even out the wear.
