Short blades, because the work is close. These are Rosewood’s Ear/Face Scissors, code 07106, meant for the awkward corners of a groom — around the ears, the muzzle, under the eyes — where a full-length pair of scissors cannot be controlled safely.
Rosewood rate them for all coat types and fit them with the same moulded hand grip as the rest of the Soft Protection range, which is worth more than it sounds on a job done slowly with a dog’s head in your other hand.

How to Use
- Work with a settled animal in good light, with a second person holding if you need one.
- Comb the hair out first and cut only what stands clear of the skin.
- Point the blades away from the eye, never towards it.
- Take small amounts at a time and check as you go.
- Wipe the blades and dry them after use.

Care & Caution
- Sharp blades. Store out of reach of children and out of your pet’s reach.
- Never cut hair when you cannot see the skin beneath it, particularly around the eyes and inside the ears.
- Stop immediately if the animal moves. A scissor cut to an eyelid or ear flap needs a vet.
