Red Gorilla Stir-Ups (All colours)

Red Gorilla Stir Up – One-Piece Feed Stirrer, Assorted Colours

The Stir Up is a single moulded piece of food-grade polypropylene, 39.5cm long and 4cm wide, made to stir a feed rather than to serve one. There is no join between blade and handle, which is why it can be dropped in a bucket of hot water and scrubbed without anything working loose or holding residue.

It is long enough to reach the bottom of a 26L tub without putting your hand in the feed, and stiff enough to work a sugar beet or a soaked mash rather than just skimming the top of it. Red Gorilla make it in the UK and supply it in an assorted colour rather than a chosen one.

Performance & Benefits

• One-piece moulded polypropylene, 39.5cm long and 4cm wide — no joint to trap feed or work loose.
• Food-grade plastic, so it can go into feed, supplements and mashes.
• Long enough to reach the base of a Gorilla Tub Medium 26L without reaching in.
• Glossy surface that cleans with soap and water instead of scrubbing.
• Red Gorilla describe it as 100% weatherproof, working the same in heat or cold.
• Made in the UK exclusively for Red Gorilla and stress tested.

Suitable For

• Mixing feed, balancers, supplements, sugar beet and soaked mashes.
• Stirring medication evenly through a feed so it is not left in one mouthful.
• Paint, filler and general DIY mixing.
• Anyone who has been using a stick, a hoof pick or the back of a scoop.
• It mixes but does not measure or portion, so you will still want a feed scoop alongside it.

How to Use

• Stir from the base upwards rather than round the surface, especially with a supplement powder.
• Rinse it before the feed dries on; the glossy surface releases wet feed easily and dried feed less so.
• Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and stand it to dry.
• Keep one stirrer for medicated feeds and another for general use if you feed medication regularly.

Specification

• Length 39.5cm, width 4cm. One-piece moulded food-grade polypropylene.
