Product Description:
Patio Magic 2.5L is a concentrated cleaner that kills and controls green mould, algae and lichens on all kinds of hard surfaces. Requiring no scrubbing or pressure washing, it is simply diluted, applied and left to dry, with visible results typically within 2-4 days and continued cleaning action over the following weeks and months. Suitable for patios, paths, driveways, brick paving, walls, garden furniture, glass and perspex, as well as indoor use and as a pre-paint fungicidal wash.

Composition:
Active ingredient: Benzalkonium Chloride 7.5% w/w (75.0g/L). Also contains Alcohols, C9-11, Ethoxylated.

Application Instructions:
Shake well before use and apply to dry surfaces only, always testing a small area first. For normal infestations, dilute 1 part product with 4 parts water; for light infestations, dilute 1 part with 9 parts water. Apply 1 litre of diluted product per 3-7m² of surface using a low-pressure garden sprayer or watering can, then rinse out the sprayer or watering can after use. Do not apply if rain is expected within the next 5-6 hours. Keep pets and children off treated areas until completely dry.
