Three active ingredients doing three different jobs. Glucosamine is an amino-sugar the body uses as raw material for cartilage, and the horse makes less of it with age. MSM is a sulphur source that supports tendons, ligaments and connective tissue. Sodium hyaluronate is the one that goes to the joint fluid itself.
Omega state the amounts per 30g serving rather than leaving you to guess at a proprietary blend: 12,100mg of glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, 2,160mg of MSM and 15mg of sodium hyaluronate. The 3.6kg tub is the largest size and the one that makes sense for long-term feeding — after the loading fortnight it runs at 15g a day, which is around 240 days. It is produced in the UK and Omega describe it as vegan.

Feeding
- Loading: 30g daily, two scoops, for the first 7 to 10 days.
- Maintenance: 15g daily, one scoop.
- Mix into the normal feed.
- Omega give a 900g container as about 60 days at the maintenance rate, so 3.6kg is roughly 240 days.
