- Set the height so the horse cannot readily step over or duck beneath

- Check the clips, rings and chain regularly for wear
- Take the chain down fully to lead the horse through

- A stall chain is not a secure barrier - do not rely on it to hold a determined horse
- Do not leave a horse unsupervised behind a chain if it has ever tried to get through one

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
