KM Elite Double Braided Cotton Lead Rope – 7ft, Raspberry
Raspberry is the deepest pink KM Elite offer in this rope, dark enough to stay respectable on a yard where a pale colour would look grubby by Wednesday. The construction is their round cotton double braid, 7ft or 2.13m from clip to end.
The cotton is soft from new — there is no breaking-in period of the sort a stiff poly rope needs — and the brass plated swivel bolt snap is corrosion resistant, which counts if the rope lives clipped to a headcollar hanging beside a wet stable door.

How to Use
- Clip the swivel bolt snap to the back ring of the headcollar, under the jaw.
- Lead from the near side with your hand roughly 30cm below the clip, slack folded flat.
- Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and hang to dry fully.
- Hang the rope by its clip rather than leaving it coiled on the floor.

Care & Caution
- Never wrap the rope around your hand, wrist or waist — cotton burns skin badly if a horse pulls away against it.
- Tie to a loop of breakable baler twine with a quick-release knot, never directly to a solid fixed object.
- Do not leave a horse tied unattended, and remove the rope before turning out.
