- Measure your dog's neck and check it falls inside the small range
- Fit so that two fingers slide comfortably underneath
- Recheck the fit often on small and young dogs

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
