How to Use
- Measure the neck and confirm it falls inside the medium adjustment range
- Fit so two fingers pass comfortably between collar and neck
- Re-check the fit periodically as coat length and condition change
- Clip the lead and tag to the D-ring
- Rinse off dirt and let it dry naturally

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
