- Water resistant, not waterproof - persistent wetting will get through
- Check the size against your dog; a mattress that is too small will not be used
- Not chew-proof - remove it from a dog that chews bedding, as swallowed filling can cause a blockage
- Follow the care label and do not tumble dry unless it permits
- Replace once the padding is flattened or the cover has split

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
