Care & Caution
Break logs in half before placing on the fire to help them light faster. Not authorised for use in UK Smoke Control Areas unless burnt in a DEFRA-exempt appliance. Always keep chimneys and flueways clear, ensure adequate ventilation, and use a fireguard with an open fire.
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order by phone or email before it has been processed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can return your order following our returns policy below.

Item was initially out of stock at the time I looked, but I had an option to be notified when back in stock. I received a notification ahead of the expected time and after ordering, were with me within a few days. Good updates on delivery via WhatsApp messages from Animall and Royal Mail.
