Feeding Tips
This product is designed for feeding wild birds only and is not for human consumption. Contains nuts and is packed in an environment where nuts are present. Place in a suet feeder, bird table, or feeding station. Feed all year round, particularly during colder months when natural food is scarce. Always ensure there is a regular supply of clean, fresh water for drinking and bathing.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
