Each ingredient is carefully selected to provide essential nutrients, promoting health, energy, and vitality in your feathered visitors.
Feeding Tips
There are ever-decreasing food resources for wild birds, making it vital to feed them all year round. Once you start, maintain a consistent routine, as birds will come to rely on your support. The Songbird Blend can be enjoyed from the ground or bird tables throughout the year. Put out feed regularly and always ensure fresh water is available for drinking and bathing.
Hygiene
To keep your wild birds healthy, follow basic hygiene practices:

Clean feeding and drinking areas frequently with a bird-safe hygiene spray.

Keep feed fresh and dry, removing any wet or old food to prevent the spread of disease.

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
