Once you start feeding, maintain a regular routine so birds can depend on your garden as a reliable food source. The No Grow Food Mix can be served from the ground, bird table, or feeder. Refill regularly and ensure there is always fresh water available for drinking and bathing.
Hygiene Guidelines
Good hygiene is vital to protect wild birds. Clean feeders and bird tables frequently with a bird-safe hygiene spray. Keep feeding areas dry, remove any old or damp food, and always supply fresh, clean water to prevent disease and encourage a healthy feeding environment.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
