Feeding Tips

Once you start feeding, continue regularly to help birds rely on your garden as a safe food source. The No Grow Food Mix can be served on the ground, a bird table, or in a feeder. Always provide fresh water for drinking and bathing to keep birds healthy and active.
Hygiene Guidelines
Maintain clean feeding and drinking areas to prevent disease. Use a bird hygiene spray to clean regularly and remove any wet or old food. Always ensure plenty of fresh, clean water is available for birds to drink and bathe in.

Order Processing
Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
