Feeding Tips
As natural food sources continue to decline, it’s vital to provide birds with consistent feeding all year round. Once you begin, maintain a regular feeding routine so birds can rely on your garden for nourishment. Mealworms can be offered from a bird feeder, bird table, or directly on the ground. Refresh food regularly and always ensure plenty of fresh water is available.
Hygiene
Keep your wild birds healthy with good hygiene practices. Provide clean, fresh water for drinking and bathing. Clean feeding and drinking areas often with a bird-safe hygiene spray. Store food in a cool, dry place and remove any damp or spoiled feed to prevent disease.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.

You can choose to have your parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Order Cancellations
