Feeding Tips
With natural food sources for wild birds decreasing, it’s important to feed them throughout the year. Once feeding has started, maintain a regular routine so birds can depend on your garden as a reliable source of nourishment. The Blue Tit Blend can be used in feeders or on bird tables all year round. Always provide fresh, clean water for drinking and bathing.
Hygiene
Support wild bird health by maintaining clean feeding areas. Regularly wash feeders and tables with a bird-safe hygiene spray. Remove any uneaten or wet food to prevent mould and disease, and always keep feed stored in a cool, dry place.

Orders processed before 10am will be shipped the same day. Orders processed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
You will also receive a notification when your parcel is out for delivery.
If item is not delivered in 5 working days , contact us with your inquiry.
Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
