Henry Bell Suet Berry Coconut Half

Half a coconut shell packed with suet, cereals and seed, with raisins and rowan berries mixed through. The berry version of Henry Bell's suet coconut adds fruit to the fat, which widens its appeal beyond the tits to fruit-loving species like blackbirds and thrushes when they can reach it.

Like the rest of Henry Bell's Ready to Feed range, it needs no feeder: unwrap it and hang it from a branch or a feeding station. The shell is the container, so there is nothing to fill or wash out, and once the birds have cleaned it out it can simply be replaced.

Feeding

• Unwrap fully and hang from a branch, hook or feeding station arm.

• Remove all wrapping before hanging, and discard any that has gone mouldy or soft in warm weather.
