Great & Small Easi Store Can Cover

Great & Small Easi Store Can Cover
A flexible silicone lid for part-used cans of pet food, made to fit any 65mm, 75mm or 85mm can — which covers virtually everything on a pet shop shelf. Great & Small build a date indicator into it, so the day the can was opened is recorded on the lid instead of guessed at three days later.
Anyone who has put half a can in the fridge under a saucer knows the problem: the smell gets into everything and the food dries at the edges. A proper seal fixes both, and being reusable silicone it replaces the roll of cling film rather than joining it in the bin.
Performance & Benefits
- Fits 65mm, 75mm and 85mm food cans.
- Built-in date indicator for recording the day the can was opened.
- Non-toxic, food-grade silicone.
- Forms a tight seal, keeping the contents fresh and the smell inside the can.
- Flexible, so it stretches over a rim rather than needing an exact match.
- Reusable, in place of cling film or foil.
Suitable For
- Part-used cans of dog or cat food.
- Households feeding wet food across two or more meals.
- Fridge storage of opened cans in any of the three common diameters.
- Anyone cutting single-use plastic out of the kitchen.
- Not a substitute for a lidded tub if you decant the food — this seals the can itself.
How to Use
- Stretch the cover over the rim of the opened can and press down until it seals.
- Set the date indicator to the day the can was opened.
- Keep the covered can in the fridge.
- Wash between uses in warm soapy water.
Specification
- Material: non-toxic, food-grade silicone.
- Fits cans of 65mm, 75mm and 85mm diameter.
- Integrated date indicator.
- Great & Small publish no diameter, depth, weight or colour list for the cover, and make no dishwasher claim, so none is stated here.
Care & Caution
- Great & Small's own note: very strong, but not indestructible. Inspect it regularly for damage.
- Discard and replace it once damage shows. Split silicone will not seal, and a torn piece sitting on wet food is something a dog will swallow.
