- Decide the final position before planting — the pot is heavy once filled
- Confirm or open the drainage holes
- Add a good depth of crocks or gravel to the base
- Fill with a suitable compost and firm in around the roots
- Raise on pot feet to keep drainage clear

Delivery Attempts and Notifications
If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
