Product Description:
Burlybale Ryegrass Haylage is a higher-energy forage designed for horses and ponies in moderate to high-level work, or those with greater energy requirements, such as breeding stock or horses needing to gain condition. Made from specially chosen ryegrasses and naturally fermented for freshness, it comes pre-cut into easy-to-feed sections and is suitable for horses with dust allergies or respiratory sensitivities.

Composition:
100% ryegrass, naturally fermented (ensiled) forage.

Feeding Recommendation:
Introduce gradually alongside a horse's existing forage. Feed according to the horse's size, workload, body condition and energy needs, alongside plenty of fresh forage and clean drinking water. Store unopened bags inside where possible, or outside away from direct sunlight, and avoid puncturing the packaging. Once opened, use within approximately 3 days in summer or up to 8 days in winter. Small white spots inside the bag are a harmless yeast from natural fermentation, but always check for mould or off odours before feeding.
