How to Use

• Measure around the middle of your dog's neck with a soft tape before choosing a size.
• Fasten the buckle so two fingers slide comfortably between the collar and the neck, but the collar cannot slip over the ears.
• Re-check the fit on a growing puppy, and after any change in weight or coat.
• Add an ID tag. In the UK, a dog in a public place must wear a collar with the owner's name and address on it or on an attached tag.

Care & Caution

• Leather is a natural, porous material, so slight differences in colour and finish between collars are normal.
• Avoid saturating the collar. The natural dye can transfer when the leather is wet, which shows on a pale coat.
• If it does get wet, let it air dry naturally. Do not speed it up on a radiator, with a hairdryer or near other direct heat.
• Treat with a suitable leather conditioner once a year, and store somewhere dry when not in use.
• Check the stitching and buckle holes from time to time, and replace the collar if it is worn or damaged.
