Ancol SOHO Daisy Dog Collar – Large, 45–70cm

At 2.5cm across and adjustable from 45cm to 70cm, this is the largest of the three Daisy collars and the only one with enough band width to sit on a heavy neck without digging in. Retrievers, setters, boxers and the bigger crossbreeds are the intended audience.

The pattern is Ancol's own hand-drawn daisy print, white on bright blue, on webbing that is 100% recycled and made up in the UK. A collar this size uses noticeably more webbing than its siblings, which is worth knowing if the recycled content is part of why you are buying it.

How to Use

• Measure round the base of the neck with a soft tape and allow room for two fingers.
• Set the adjuster, walk the dog once, then re-check — a big neck moves more webbing than a small one.
• Attach an ID tag to the lead ring so it hangs clear of the buckle.
• Machine wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry, and air dry fully before refitting.

Care & Caution

• Keep a two-finger gap between collar and neck, and check it daily.
• Ancol's own care instruction is a 30°C machine wash, no tumble drying, and full air drying before the collar goes back on. Some retail listings describe this collar as suitable for swimming; Ancol make no such claim and rate the webbing only as weather-resistant.
• Replace the collar at the first sign of fraying webbing or a cracked buckle — a large dog will find the weak point.
