This is a lit section of lead rather than a clip-on lamp. It measures 39.5cm, carries a trigger hook at one end and a D-ring at the other, so it sits between the collar and your existing lead and puts a line of light along the part of the walk a driver looks at first — the space between handler and dog.

It charges over USB, so there is no battery to buy or lose. Thirty minutes on charge gives up to four hours of flashing light, which covers a week of winter evening walks on one top-up. How to Use
