Agrifence Tape End/Corner Tensioner
A slack tape fence looks poor and works worse — sagging tape touches posts and vegetation, and every contact bleeds voltage away. This screw-on insulator carries swinging buckles that let the tape be pulled up tight and held there, at the start of a line, at an end, or round a corner.
The swinging action is what makes it work at a corner: the buckle lines itself up with the direction of pull instead of forcing the tape to bend against a fixed edge. Agrifence rate it for all sizes of tape, so it will do the same job on 20mm as on 40mm.

How to Use
- Switch the energiser off before working on the line.
- Screw the tensioner into sound timber at the start, end or corner post.
- Thread the tape through the swinging buckle and take up the slack.
- Tension until the line is taut but not straining — over-tightened tape tears at the buckle.
- Check tension again after the first few weeks, and each spring.
