Agrifence Speediso – Insulator Driving Tool
The Speediso is a simple drill attachment that grips a screw-in insulator and drives it home. Fitting a run of insulators by hand is slow and hard on the wrists; chucked into a cordless drill this does the same job in a fraction of the time and drives each one to a consistent depth.
Agrifence sell it as a contractor's tool, which is fair — the difference shows over a hundred posts rather than over five. It works with Agrifence screw-in insulators; Agrifence do not publish a list of which specific models it fits, so check the thread against your insulators if you are running a mixed fence.

How to Use
- Chuck the Speediso into a cordless drill and tighten.
- Seat the insulator in the tool and offer it square to the post.
- Drive on a low speed and a moderate torque setting until the insulator is snug against the timber.
- Stop as soon as it seats — over-driving strips the thread out of the post.
- Wipe clean and keep dry between jobs.

Care & Caution
- This is a power tool accessory. Wear eye protection — insulators can shatter if over-driven.
- Switch the fence energiser off before working along a live line.
- Use a low torque setting. A drill on full power will snap an insulator or strip the post.
