Agrifence Easyline 3 Orange Polywire – 500m
Easyline 3 is Agrifence's entry level polywire: 2mm diameter, orange, with three conductive strands twisted through the poly. This is the 500 metre reel, which is the size to buy when you are fencing a whole rotation rather than putting up a single divide.
Three strands is a modest amount of metal, and that is the honest limit of this wire. It carries a pulse perfectly well over a short run on a healthy fence, and it is light, cheap and quick to wind on and off a reel. Ask it to hold voltage over a long line, or through grass touching it all summer, and it will disappoint.

Suitable For
- Short temporary fence lines: paddock dividers, strip grazing, isolating a single animal.
- Fences that are moved often and taken in over winter.
- Setups already carrying a healthy voltage with a well-earthed energiser.
- Not recommended by Agrifence for perimeter fences or for use in poor conditions.
- For a long run or a line that will meet vegetation, step up to Agrifence Easyline Super 9 at 3mm with nine strands.
How to Use
- Run the wire through ring insulators on wooden posts, or through the eyes of plastic posts.
- Tension by hand only — polywire stretches, and over-tightening pulls posts out of line.
- Join with a proper polywire connector rather than a knot; a knot in polywire is an electrical break.
- Wind back onto a reel rather than coiling by hand, to keep it free of tangles.
- Keep grass and growth clear of the line, which matters more on a 3 strand wire than a 9.
